This a lovely Vintage Fenton Art Glass Mini Double Crimped Blue Overlay Top Hat Basket Vase. This one has a transparent blue bamboo style handle. Also has the single crimped top. It is in excellent condition and measures about 6 1/2" tall to the highest point.
